We offer refunds under the following conditions:
✔ Defective or Damaged Products – If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must report it within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
✔ Non-Delivery – If an order is not delivered within 21 days (subject to shipping method), you may request a refund after an investigation.
✔ Incorrect Item Received – If you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 7 days to arrange a return or exchange.

❌ Used or Opened Products – Products that have been used, altered, or are missing original packaging.

✔ Customs & Import Fees – Buyers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes. Refunds will not be issued for refused shipments due to unpaid duties.
✔ Shipping Delays – We are not liable for delays due to customs processing, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds for delays are not guaranteed.
